QUALITA' PEGGIORATA E SPORCANO I PIEDI

Avevo già acuistato il medesimo sandalo (sempre nero) il 12/05/2017 ma questo paia è peggiorato (a parità di prezzo). Intanto il cololre non è nero lucido ma nero opaco. Poi il pellame mi sembra più fragile, soprattutto dove ci sono i cinghietti (uno di quelli acquistati nel 2017 si era deteriorato in fretta). L'aspetto più negativo e oltremodo fastidioso e che questo paia di sandali sporca tantissimo: non solo la pianta dei piedi ma anche le dita quando devo chiuderli. Sarebbe stato carino da parte Vs. allegare al prodotto anche le istruzioni per ridurre tale inconveniente. Non fa certo piacere andare in giro con i piedi neri e poi a casa dover usare una raspa per pulirli. Non comprerò più da voi.

Salve, i nostri sandali sono colorati a mano con la tecnica del tuffaggio. Questa tecnica non dà al sandalo un colore lucido come è possibile avere con le pelli colorate in conceria. Probabilmente lei nel tempo ha pulito e lucidato i suoi vecchi sandali con prodotti lucidanti in commercio e non ricorda come erano inizialmente. Noi suggeriamo di usare solo un panno umido per pulirli ed applicare della crema per le mani per non alterare l'originalità del sandalo. La tecnica del tuffaggio è fissata con una base alcolica (100% naturale e anallergica) e può succedere che con la sudorazione ed un ph della pelle alto questo stinga. Problema che si rivolve di solito dopo 2/3 giorni che i sandali vengono indossati. Questo "inconveniente" è molto raro e dipende dalla sudorazione/pelle della persona che li porta. Per pulire il colore basta del semplice alcol, niente raspe! Per attenuare il problema può pulire i sandali con un panno umido per rimuovere gli eccessi di colore e lucidatura. Riguardo la qualità sono 20 anni che realizziamo i sandali nella medesima maniera. Purtroppo gli animali non sono tutti uguali ed utilizzando delle pelli grezze (non trattate industrialmente per essere uniformate) può capitare che queste abbiano delle rese ed effetti diversi. Di fatto ogni nostro prodotto è diverso dall'altro, sia per la realizzaione manuale che per i materiali naturali che utilizziamo. Pensiamo che questo sia il nostro punto di forza: offrire un prodotto unico ad ogni cliente. Per avere un prodotto sempre uguale deve rivolgersi verso prodotti realizzati industrialmente e non artigianale.

These are my first pair and I will be buying more without question. The craftsmanship and speed if delivery is unsurpassed for a handmade product. I prefer a minimalist sandal and have bought many but these have risen to the top for my daily wear.

Excellent quality. Delivery was smooth with no issues. I would suggest that this product be looked at closely if you have a high instep, ie, could have used more strap length for bucking to as I have a high instep and the overall size of sandal was good, but it could have used more strap as sit fits only when son the last strap hole/notch

A Dressy Sandal

Finding a dressy looking sandal is difficulties ult. I like the look of these. They arrived promptly. The sizing is accurate. I was surprised that the black still have a dark brown insole. Very little trouble breaking in the leather straps. The strap between the toes has not caused any problems or discomfort. Breaking in the stiff leather sole is taking time. Still not what could be worn for a lot of walking. No arch support but I was expecting that. Had to get the bottom scuffed up from first time or two of wear to reduce slipping like any leather soled shoe.
