Beautiful Sandals and Extraordinary Customer Service
The sandals are beautiful, and the craftsmanship and quality are first class. The customer service is exceptional, Raffaella with whom I mostly corresponded was extraordinarily helpful at every step, even adding Indonesia to the company’s shipment area. I discovered during our correspondence that Gianluca was taught by a master calzolaio (shoemaker), who has passed away, and from whom I had bought several pairs of sandals over the years, when I lived in Florence and later during visits. I presently live in Indonesia, so I t has been a true gift to find Gianluca, as he will be one of the last of a small group of florentine shoe artisans remaining. We must protect them at all costs. These Florentine handcrafted sandals are unlike any others to be found anywhere else in the world and I shall continue to buy, and highly recommend, sandals from Artigiano Del Cuoio,
