Dark brown greased vachetta leather thongs with leather sole handmade in Italy without the use of foreign labor or child, but by experts in the best tradition of craftsmanship.
The sole is hand stitched on the insole providing a superior finish and durability than the industrial system which is simply pasted. For staining the slippers are manually dipped in a VEGETABLE colour, manual finishing by the usage of small brushes and as final step, drying at the open air. This process takes as a result called TUFFATO, which many companies do not spend more because it requires a work of extreme precision that slows down production time.

Great quality leather. The adjustable straps holes are in the wrong place for me - they could use a few extra holes to get the adjustment right.

I am very happy with the item received today. The sandal is of very high quality make. The colour is the same as on the website and its tone is perfect. The sole was also stitched which makes it more durable. Additionally, the shape of the sole is consistent with my feet's contour and not narrow like other sandals are. Conclusively, I believe that this item was really made with deep passion.
Da modificare.
È il secondo paio di sandali che acquisto. Esteticamente molto belli solo che in quest'ultimo modello, regalo per mia madre, la prima striscetta intrecciata sul collo del piede risulta troppo stretta,troppo. Il piede quasi non entra. Li ho provati anche io e l ' effetto è lo stesso. Forse ci sarà stato uno sbaglio nelle misure. Ad ogni modo ho deciso di farla rimuovere da un altro calzolaio per accelerare i tempi. Peccato perché adoro i sandali di Gianluca.
