La tong est teinte par immersion manuelle dans la teinture VEGETALE. Elle est ensuite brossée à la main pour obtenir une belle finition et enfin séchée à l'air libre. Ce processus permet d'obtenir une sandale dite "plongée". Il s'agit d'un processus auquel nombre d'entreprises n' ont plus recours du fait qu'il exige un travail extrêmement précis et patient et aussi parce qu'il ralentit les temps de production.
Les semelles sont ensuite cousues à la main de manière à conférer à la sandale une excellente finition et une résistance de bien meilleure qualité par rapport au procédé de fabrication industriel où elle sont simplement collées.

Confortable but what about the durability
The sandal itself is looking great and is really confortable. But after 3-4 times I worn it, the sew of the leather sole got broken. Don't kow how much time it will last...

Hi, our sandals have a leather tread sewn together with the sole as well as being glued unlike most of the models on the market which are only glued. The thread of the stitching, obviously being in contact with the ground, will break with use, however, leaving the stitches on the inside of the sole unaltered. This does not involve any deterioration of the sandal. In fact the seam is a further resistance to gluing and not the only one.
