Mud-colored greased vachetta leather men's Francescan sandals with genuine leather sole, handmade in Italy by expert craftsmen. Produced without the use of foreign or child labor, these sandals reflect the highest standards of traditional Italian shoemaking.
The sole is hand-stitched directly onto the insole, offering a superior finish and enhanced durability compared to industrial alternatives that are simply glued. The leather is manually dipped in VEGETABLE dye, carefully finished by hand using fine brushes, and left to air-dry naturally. This meticulous process, known as "TUFFATO", is rarely used by modern manufacturers because it demands extreme precision and slows down production—yet it delivers outstanding quality and authenticity.
Each pair is made to order within 48 hours and shipped worldwide via express courier, with delivery in 72 to 96 hours.

Great Sandal.
I am very satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the sandals. Exactly what I expected and love them. Straps are soft and comfortable. The footbed is flat and little/no cushion, but ok by me. Plan to order more from Artigiani.

Nicely crafted, quickly delivered, perfect size. Italian sizes one size larger than French/German size, so having them in 44 is perfect for my usual 45. I added a 3mm rubber heel though because they are easier to walk. I will most certainly order another pair and bring some to friends in Japan, they love them.
