Bereits nach drei Wochen lösen sich Klebestellen und Nähte. Dieser Schuh ist definitiv sein Geld nicht wert.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass sich bei Ihrem Schuh bereits nach kurzer Zeit Klebestellen gelöst haben. Das sollte natürlich nicht passieren.
Unsere Produkte werden handwerklich gefertigt, und bei einem handgemachten Artikel kann in seltenen Fällen leider auch ein Verarbeitungsfehler vorkommen, auch wenn dies selbstverständlich nicht unserem Qualitätsanspruch entspricht.
